Finance7 Limited offers residential mortgages through our sister business, Abstract Finance.

We are a whole of market and totally independent brokerage.

If you go directly to a high street bank, they can only offer their mortgage products. We will search all of the market to ensure that you are receiving the best mortgage rates possible to meet your circumstances

Whether you are a first time buyer, moving house, remortgaging your existing property, consolidating debts or you have adverse credit our brokers will give you independent, impartial advice throughout the UK

The vast majority of our residential mortgage enquiries are a direct result of referrals from satisfied clients. That is due to our company ethos of treating customers fairly and the expertise of our mortgage brokers that can save clients thousands of pounds.

Furthermore, we can save you time and money by arranging your insurance for you. We can advise on buildings and contents insurance, life insurance, critical illness and mortgage protection cover. Should you use one of our brokers to arrange your mortgage, we will not charge you a fee for arranging your insurance.

All mortgage advice through this site is given by Abstract Finance who is an appointed Representative of Mortgage Broking Services Ltd, which are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority number 306012.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.

Your initial consultation with a mortgage broker is obligation free. There will be a minimum fee for our service of £250, of which £100 is payable when you apply, and we will retain the commission from the lender. Alternatively, you can choose the fee only option which is typically 0.63% of the amount borrowed. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances and loan amount, and will be discussed and agreed with the adviser before you make your mortgage application.
